To ensure that our customers can make purchases with peace of mind, we have established the following return, exchange and cancellation policies. Please be sure to check before making a purchase.

1. Cancellation of your order

  • Cancellation before shipment is possible. If you wish to cancel, please contact us via the [Inquiry Form] as soon as possible after placing your order.

  • Cancellations cannot be accepted after shipment . We will handle your order according to our return policy after the product arrives.

2. Returns and Exchanges

(1) Cases where returns and exchanges are possible

We will accept returns or exchanges if the following conditions are met:

1. Initial defects (damage, damage, missing parts)

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • This only applies if the item is unused and has all accessories and packaging.

  • If an exchange is possible, we will exchange it for the same item, if the item is out of stock we will provide a refund.

2. If you receive a product different from the one you ordered

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • We will arrange a replacement or provide a refund.

(2) When returns or exchanges are not possible

Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:

  • Customer reasons ("It's not what I imagined," "The color or design is different from what I expected," etc.)

  • If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived

  • Products that have been opened and used once (excluding initial defects)

  • If the package, manual, or accessories are missing

  • Sale and outlet items

3. Shipping costs for returns

  • In the case of returns or exchanges due to defects on our part (initial defects, incorrect delivery, etc.), we will cover the shipping costs . Please return the item cash on delivery.

  • Returns due to customer's convenience (if accepted by our store as an exception)
    Customers will be responsible for shipping costs .

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned item arrives at our store and we have inspected it, we will process the refund within 7 business days .

  • Refunds will be made via the card company if you paid by credit card, or to a designated account if you paid by bank transfer.

5. Return and exchange inquiries

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us using the Contact Form and include the following information:
